Being a teacher at Sunnyside, and a father of 2 girls who attend Sunnyside, and the owner of a house around the corner, I respectfully ask we keep to the current building regulations for this area. We are already over capacity for schools. Yes new schools are being built, but once this development is complete, Sunnyside will be overcapacity again. Currently we have no space for our students with special needs to calm down in. I am a special ed teacher, and I am worried for the children who will be further limited in the school setting.

Before any further development consideration needs to be given to infrastructure. Ie: overcrowding in schools, traffic etc, etc. Strongly opposed .
