A terrible plan for our community

This area is already overburdened with development and traffic and the schools are busting at the seams.

No thank you. The area is already over populated

This already densely populated neighborhood simply cannot support another 599 rental apartment units. The local school is currently bursting at the seams and the traffic is congested to/from the hwy and along arterial routes. We do not have the infrastructure to support this new development. It would be detrimental to the neighborhood to do so.

Way too overcrowded as it is!! roadways, schools, this area can't handle anymore!

This area is already far too dense with little to no improvement in city infrastructure. The forests have been brutally decimated and it feels like the developers and city get kick backs yet the residents pay the price. Gross abuse of nature and (HIGH) tax paying citizens.

The traffic is crazy there and the school is overflowing. The city is unable to keep up and it is going to turn into a ghetto.

I support this petition! You must leave some green space to make a neighborhood healthy and desirable.

Too many people in the area. Infrastructure is not ready. Roads are not wide enough. No traffic light. School is too crowded.

This is will increase density way too much for the current infrastructure. This area is not a downtown area where it can handle this much density.

The area is already extremely busy at the four way stop. The school is over crowded, and there aren’t enough resources for the area already Adding in a large apartment complex would not be ideal.

My sister and her family live in this neighbourhood, and my niece attends Sunnyside Elementary, which is very overcrowded ALREADY. These high-density towers will make the overcrowding at Sunnyside much worse. Please reconsider allowing this development. Sincerely, Margaret (Peggy) Challen
