Traffic, schools, and other infrastructure and services in this neighbourhood are already massively overwhelmed. The Fire/Ambulance Service would be dramatically effected and would have to restructure.

Very much opposed to add this many units to an already overcrowded area, school and roadways

Traffic, schools, and other infrastructure and services in this neighbourhood are already massively overwhelmed. This desperately needs to be reconsidered.

Either the plan gets terminated or city councils get terminate next term including the major. I have 5000 people votes that will swing the councillors to the unemployment line.

This is horrible for the area. That many units and that much density in an already populated area. Sunnyside elementary can't handle the kids as it is. This should be no more then compared to a 3 storey townhouse complex.

Ridiculous plan. Doesn’t belong in this neighborhood.

I object in the strongest terms these two high-density development proposals. Neither the streets nor the Elementary School in the area can accommodate the increase in people and vehicles.

I definitely oppose, the traffic in the area is ridiculous as it is. There are many afternoons where i'm in a line up of cars (along Croydon/28th) just to get home. Not to mention it's way too crowded with street parking.

I am strongly opposed to this development proposal as it will significantly impact the neighborhood I have called home for 10+ years in many negative ways. The amount of traffic alone that this type of development will bring is a huge concern. The roads are already congested with tons of parked cars that at times can be treacherous. This type of development that will bring too many people, cars and congestion to this area cannot be approved!!

The infrastructure in this area does not support any more people or vehicle traffic.

If you want to change the OCP then why not have the individuals residing in the area vote on it as it directly affects us.

This area Already needs significant improvements to roads, transit and access to the 99 highway. More cars will only make things worse.
