The lure of buying in Oak Hill was that it was an area close to conveniences, that was still residential. What you are considering doing will take your most sought after residential market and eliminate it. I am strongly against Oak HIll commercializing the properties proposed and would certainly consider the implementation of a annual city tax in lieu of commercialization.

Once again the Oak Hill Commissioners are not listening to the voices of the people. Leave the Zoning Laws as they are. We do not need the money, just better fiscal leadership.

Leave all commercial business in Brentwood. Who originated this for Oak Hill?

I am against commercial development in Oak Hill. Let the next commissioners run on a commericial development platform. I am also against a tax of any kind. I am fine with finding my own trash pick up to eliminate that cost to the city.

I am totally against any commercial development of Oak Hill. This matter should be out of the hands of the commissioners and ONLY in the hands of the constituency.

As a resident of Oak Hill I am STRONGLY opposed to any zoning changes to allow commercial enterprise within the city limits. Please STOP the push for this legislation.

There are compelling facts to support the conclusion that any financial difficulties are self-imposed through poor decisions by elected officials. A worse case would be that these decisions were made with the intent to force the City of Oak Hill into permitting commercial zoning. If there is going to be a change in that underlying purpose, a green residential environment with no commercial, then the City has failed in its purpose. Before abandoning the underlying concept, a new Commission should be given a chance to straighten out the financial mess made by the current Commission.

I am strongly opposed to any commercial development anywhere within the city limits of Oak Hill. I believe that the Mayor of Oak Hill and the City Commissioners are not acting in the expressed interests of an overwhelming majority of the residents of Oak Hill, they are showing a fine disregard for the mission statement of Oak Hill to preserve its residential integrity.

Corruption defined. City Manager has received over 1/2 million $ in pay, benefits, retirement, lodging, travel since Alsup and McMillan wrote a Titans Chris Johnson like employment contract with the help of landowners in the Commercial Rezoning District.

I am opposed to commercialization within the Oak Hill area. It needs to remain residential to protect the area from being congested and to protect the neighborhoods.
