Mayor says University of TN is providing report but UT's athletic reserves are less than $2 million and enormous debt burden. UT is to tell Oak Hill how to stop spending?

This area is peaceful and brings together the magic of Radnor Lake area. Commercial zoning will take this away.

I am completely opposed to commercial development of the City of Oak Hill. The traffic flow is already a disaster in the area the BOC is trying to develop, but more importantly we appointed you to conserve our charter and preserve the reason we have chosen Oak Hill. Young families are moving in this area for many reasons and I don't think retail is the main draw.

As a former 7 year resident of Nashville, I came to find the oak hill area as a peaceful, natural environment that was a true treasure. Hearing about this development sickens me, and reminds me of the commercial development in Colorado (my new home) which relentless strip away anything quiet and natural in the quest for greed.

The last few years the Boards have been out of control in spending reserves built up over decades. Horrible.

I recently moved to Oak Hill and one reason was because it is free of commercial business. I'd like to see it stay that way!

I strongly opposed any commercial development in Oak Hill and fear our commisioners/Mayor have become beholden to outside interest, I fear for their personal gain.
