MA already limites up to 4 unrelated persons living together in a house, why it’s necessary to reduce to 3 unrelatedly persons. It will make hard for tenants to find a place, and even harder to find an affordable place.

I'm 95% sure this is a fraudulent campaign. The organization doesn't exist, it has no address and the phone number on the facebook page does not connect to a real company. Also there is no public record of this proposed amendment. Nothing on the city of Lowell website, nothing. Don't give your money to this.
