I live on 7580 Nonpariel in Paso Robles off of San Marcos Rd. We too are opposing a cannabis project in our neighborhood & desire to help all county residents keep this type of operation FAR from residences & existing agriculture. They use too much water, reduce property values, invite crime, stink up our fresh air, and greatly change the look & feel of neighborhoods where people live who pay taxes & vote, to name a few!

We are against all efforts that these people will go through in order to try and shove a Marijuana Plantation near our Beautiful Oak Shores and so close to family ranches and farms. As hard working middle class people who pay their taxes and more taxes, we do not want to deal with these so-called legitimate companies that move in with use permit only to destroy our neighborhoods. Any Company that has LLC as a part of their name(Limited Liability Company) is looking for opportunities and they will only tell you what they want you to hear. So for all of you planning people up in San Luis Obispo, please stop selling all of us down the road. You cannot comprehend how much HARM you are causing all of us. We don't need marijuana and we certainly do not need the contaminated water and wells that will result. Do any of you people in planning have any idea how sensitive our area is. Do you not understand that we have bald eagles at the top of Tierra Redondo Mountain which are trying to make a comeback. Do you not understand the problems that these Limited Liability Companies are causing all of us"?? What about the animals in our region who really on safe water. Please do your research before you try and shove this down our throats.

This is an application for an incompatible land use in this setting.
It should be denied.

It never ceases to amaze me the disservice and harm SLO county government and its amenable Supervisors will do to our beautiful communities. There is nothing in misplaced cannabis cultivation like this that won't hurt us.

Keep cannabis out of our area... use of water, smell, increased commercial use and the resulting impact is a bad use of land in our community....

We oppose this cannabis installation off of Lynch Canyon Road for every reason you can think of. Noise, clutter, awful smell, heavy traffic/accidents, excessive use of lake water, pollution, to name but a few.

The Oak Shores community and its residents, the outlying ranches and residents, the cattle, horses, bald eagles, golden eagles, California condors all residing in extremely close proximity to the planned cannabis farm will ALL be significantly impacted in horrific negative ways. DO NOT allow the cannabis farm to be in this area. It does not fit in with the surrounding lake countryside.
