The natural environment would be devastated, having a significant negative impact on the wildlife, as well as the human population, that have their sanctuary in this area...all for the monetary gain of those who have complete disregard about our beautiful, pristine & family-filled residential & ranching location.

Have you ever smelled a cannabis farm? It had a skunk smell that you can smell for miles.

This serene vacation location is not appropriate for a cannabis business. The lack of water and fire services make it totally not doable! Please do not allow this farm/nursery to be built!

I live in Carpinteria and have a home in Oak Shores. I know the impacts of Cannabis factories on a community, and oak shores is an absurd place to build a factory, that's what these are. They are not simply greenhouses, they are factory production settings that draw immense traffic of factory workers.
You can just as easily put them out in the desert.

My concerns are for the wild life in the area, the water that this will take, and the smell that will come to our community. Our community has many children during the summer and would not be good for them.

While I am very much "pro" the legalization and easier access to cannabis products for medicinal and recreational uses, I oppose this potential facility in the heart of a pristine ranching and recreational area. Any commercial facility regardless of its purpose would be a blight on the landscape and increase traffic, noise and pollution to a place that people come to to avoid those very things.

I am very much opposed to the potential cannabis operation that the Bradley Canyon Farms would like to place off Tierra Redonda Rd. This is the 2nd facility that is being considered for this area and am quite sure this is not the last one, this type of operation has no business in this particular area from increased traffic, Environmental concerns, Oder from production processes, Wildland Fire threat with one means of egress for those who live in the vicinity. Not to mention this is a beautiful area and the people who live, work and recreate here would like to keep it this way!

We have owned property in Oak Shores since 1971 and we are against this pot grow as we were against the latest pot grow by Greenmilk, LLC which stands for Limited Liability Company. Obviously people who are making these Negative determinations are not doing the proper research involved before making these ludicrous determinations. We spent years working in order to own property at Oak Shores and now we are having to deal with all of these Limited Liability Companies asking for use permits which will impact our lives and our Environment with devastating consequences. Once you allow these so called legitimate companies to get their foot in the door, you open up a real catastrophy in the making. We the people will have to deal with these companies and our properties take a hit but also our water, sewer, our animals and everything else. Please deny this use permit and stop wearing us all out with this insanity.
thank you, David and Delores Carr APN #381-070

I am against this and I am a neighbor, I have owned my property since early 80's. My property taxes are very very high, and I do not need this continuing problem when it too lowers our property value and safety!

I vehemently oppose this project. Any company with “LLC” at the end of its name has something to hide. We need to keep this poison away from our community.
