There is already too much traffic in this area. As a bike rider who uses the path near that area I strongly oppose this development.

Bad idea. This little stretch of S Eldridge St already handles much too much traffic.... plus one of the most used bike paths in the metro... plus all truck traffic for the Home Depot. Not a good idea to double the auto congestion here.

We know we will one day run short on water as it is. Why do we continue to build residential and commercial developments? Also could we try and keep some of our open space locally please.

The noise and traffic in this area is already high. To destroy the area around Bear Creek Park in order to jam in more houses is unconscionable.

Against the rezoning! Our property values depend on the views of redrocks, quietness and privacy of the area, and privacy granted by the open space.

I strongly oppose any development of this land, especially residential as there is not infrastructure to support it.

We feel this is not a good use for this land and will negatively affect our community.

Enough cluster builds in the foothills. Enough Californication of our hills and mountains. Our water tables are being hurt. There were already issue at Kipling/Quincy home build. Go east with this.
