I am apparently to any more building in my neighborhood. I own a home directly on Quincey and to add to the already high amount of traffic, noise, wreaks that will take place in front of my home is ridiculous and would greatly effect my enjoyment of the propert I have owned for five years!

A rezoning would decrease property values, block the view and negatively impact the community.
