Teens are growing children who need their nutrient and space to grow. I understand that there are many instances that they do not have time for recess due to lesson over runs.

So what if Zhonghua has one of the strictest discipline protocols in Singapore? We have put up with so many of the stupid rules but this has crossed the line.

The school should allow students to visit nex as they are able to take care of themselves, there are overhead bridges and traffic lights with many pedastrians

this rule is plainly ridiculous. bc of some parents complaining tht thier OWN children are doing some bad habits, the sch have to ban the ENTIRE sch for going out to eat. and im pretty sure those parents are the sec 1s parents. this is too unfair for ALL of us. pls think it through again

This rule is really too ridiculous,I mean how can we even fit all four cohorts in the canteen?Also the queue would be all so long till the point when we get our food we won't even have enough time to eat it due to ssp.

I pwrsonally do not think that this is useful. Just because of 1 parent complaining, we all have to suffer cus of that? I think that this is ridiculous. We are already in secondary school n we need our freedom. Goin opposite to eat won't harm us so why ban us from going to eat? Eating school food for 2 meals would make us sick of eating it. So let us eat outside.

Yes i agree that the rule is kind of logical but the food in the canteen has not much variety to them and students are really tired of eating them over n over again over the years. Long queues in canteen caused by all four levels is a problem too

For people who are afraid to sign the petition because they may be punished or whatsoever. Remember that we are not doing something horrible, we just need to tell the school to rethink their decisions because they are unrealistic and impractical. If the school refuses to acknowledge this then they are being ignorant. If this rule is so bad that students are doing a petition, then there's an issue and they should definitely reconsider out feedbacks
Furthermore this way of dealing with the parent's complains of their child spending too much money is irrelevant. My parent having a position in another school said that they would never impose a rule like this. They would have a talk with the school and then educate the parent on how to handle their child.
Our school has made a lot of redundant rules but we have always beared with it. This however has crossed the line. I know there are many of you out there who are complaining about the rules but complaining isnt going to change anything if you don't do something. If you want to have an enjoyable school life for yourself and the juniors then please sign this petition. Every signature counts

This is ridiculous. Just because of a few mere incidents the whole school is banned from leaving AFTER school hours? This doesn't make any sense. Is this prison school or something? Cus if it is I'm going to transfer out of this school.

It's just a useless idea can't you just ban those kids overprotective by their parent in school and have their LUNCH!Once student get out they can't get back what if student get into wrong company and into troubles are school going to take the RESPONSIBLE.Save our money?Please it's our money we have the right to spend or save it.
