Opposing the Planning Application for a Miss Millie's Fried Chicken on Heol y Deri in Rhiwbina Village

Miss Millie’s will ruin the stylish atmosphere of the village. Additionally the chickens used for Miss Millie’s fried chicken are kept in horrendously cruel conditions and pumped full of antibiotics and hormones.

I don't believe that Rhiwbina is a suitable location for a fast food chain.

There is no shortage of eating places in the village but parking is already an issue. I can not think of any advantage that would come from this proposal, but plenty of negative consequences.

It seems like a strange location to put something like this. It is out of character for the area and really not wanted.

No thanks fried chicken !

Having this fast food chain in a protected area would be a disaster and have a negative impact on the local area.

Just ridiculous, rhiwbina village is not the place for a miss Millie’s.

This is not a good fit for the village. I would be concerned about the inevitable litter.

We will support local independent businesses but we will not support chains such as Miss Millie’s

This business would be completely inappropriate for a residential area. We don't have sufficient parking space and litter will no doubt be a problem.

This is not the sort of business that is needed by the residents of Rhiwbina, it will create even more of an issue with parking than there is already.

A chain food outlet of this kind is not required in this village. Especially when there are vacant A3 premises on the other end of Beulah Road (old Papa John’s site)

I am opposed to this planning application

This is small , quiet Rhiwbina Village. Approving this absurd planning application would create Anti Social behaviour, putting the safety of residence at risk, ruin a peaceful night time village, create parking issues, is not in keeping with a quaint village, will be noisy, and is not a place for a large chain of business

Please stop the expansion of fast food chain outlets. It’s the last thing Rhiwbina needs - or anywhere else for that matter.

Unsuitable and inappropriate business. The last thing we need is another junk food chain outlet that has low standards on animal welfare and nutrition.

Not in keeping with the village. A good independent eatery is what we need.

Not in keeping with the lovely Rhiwbina Village. We have 3 coffee shops and 2 restaurants, which is plenty in a small village. Also we are being encouraged to eat less fast food.

The location of the premises is not conducive to a fast food outlet being off the main drag with plenty opportunity to dump rubbish & uneaten food. The ambience of Rhiwbina village does not lend itself to the fast food industry.

Rhiwbina village does not need a fast food outlet and it would definitely not be in keeping with the businesses currently there. It will lead to more litter and traffic problems, there is hardly and parking as it is!
