Opposing the Planning Application for a Miss Millie's Fried Chicken on Heol y Deri in Rhiwbina Village

I object to the planning application for a takeaway to be established. There shouldn't be a Miss Millie's in Rhiwbina due to concerns over maintaining the area's unique character and charm. Parking is already a nightmare. Fast food chain is not in keeping with other businesses. Will create too much rubbish and attract rats.

Absolutely not, parking is bad enough, imagine the carnage and the riff raff

Rubbish, litter & trouble. No thanks!

It would spoil the peace and serenity of the village atmosphere. Younger people congregating around a residential area, potential increase in littering and noise pollution.

I think it is a terrible idea to have a Miss Millie’s Chicken bar in Rhiwbina, the extra rubbish & noise & undesirables late at night. It will definitely lower the tone of Rhiwbina Garden Village.

This is not in keeping with the quiet Rhiwbina village and would seriously impact local, independent businesses.

Rhiwbina is a small village. We have over 7 places in which to eat and drink. We do not need any more. Especially a takeaway with limited parking and concerns of litter.

Absolutely not wanted in Rhiwbina, it will fundamentally change the character of the area & will be detrimental to the quiet enjoyment of nearby homes.

Please do not allow this planning to go through We have a lovely village atmosphere and the added litter and antisocial behaviour in the evenings will spoil these. Not to mention added vehicle congestion

The likelyhood of late night noise, extra traffic, increased difficulty in parking, increased litter and an increased risk of antisocial behaviour will be great. Apart from this, residents would be far better off not being tempted healthwise to indulge in such junk food.

This fast food chain is not in keeping for Rhiwbina Village. This will attract more traffic and congestion as the is very little parking available.

We have a parking crisis already in the village. This fast food take away in no way fits in with the other businesses in the village.

Spoils the character of the village.

Totally inappropriate for this village and several eateries already in a small area.
