This proposed development will have a negative impact on our neighborhood. The City of Venice need to be more responsive to the needs of the community.

What good is the Comprehensive Plan if the city leaders continue to ignore it and the impacts to quality of life and public safety. As evidenced by the large developments underway on Border Road, there are far more suitable locations for this type of "improvement". For once, show some resolve and "just say no" .

This development is only going to harm our quality of life, by putting stress on our infrastructure, environment & traffic. Enough of this over development!

We believe this development does not comply with the latest City of Venice Comprehensive Plan's intent and that it could seriously and negatively impact our quality of life and the value of our properties, as well as jeopardize Fox Lea Farm's business.

The property should be designed with fewer homes in a manner that would preserve the open area and protect the setting and business of Fox Lea Farms, one of the premier equestrian venues on the East Coast of the United States.
