No need for these homes there is enough development in Venice already.

This development will negatively impact Fox Lea Farm and surrounding homes. City council should be protecting the existing home and property owners. No rubber stamping developments.

We believe this development does not comply with the latest City of Venice Comprehensive Plan's intent and that it could seriously and negatively impact our quality of life and the value of our properties, as well as jeopardize Fox Lea Farm's business.

The city government of Venice needs to understand that their first priorities are the residents and retail business, NOT the developers. Why has the city council not held the developers accountable for improvements to our city? Let this settle in.

I oppose this development. I urge city leaders to keep in mind their duty to existing home owners.
