MANCHESTER COUNCIL IS A JOKE
i go to church on sundays and visit my mum after. now i have to pay just to see family? leave it alone.
Just another way to tax the working class. greedy move by the council.
Sunday is the only day i can get into town without paying these ridiculous rates. stop trying to bleed us dry.

Ridiculous. Shops are already struggling enough as it is. This is just going to kill the high street completely.
