OPPOSED to developing Pleasant Dr/S Mineral Springs/Holder Rd

Silt and soil via Little Lick Creek from the construction of these homes is likely to flow into Grove Park's lake. Note: each and every resident in Grove Park will be responsible to pay for dredging of the lake after the housing developer's profit increases their bottom line. No one should want their pockets picked in order to increase other's profits. The addition of so many impervious surfaces from this development will cause lake and creek levels to rise during torrential rainfalls. Why should many of the Grove Park residents be placed in floodplains, thus requiring those residents to forever pay for expensive flood insurance so profit can be made for a select few? And traffic - what a quagmire we have already, even prior to this new development. Why, why, why would anyone want to welcome this development?

I live in Grove Park, traveling down this road daily is already horrendous. I will blast all over social media what a terrible investment buying a home there would be if it is developed.

Congestion is already a nightmare. Road is narrow, area is already overcrowded

I feel that there is too much road congestion already. Adding additional homes isn't appropriate until traffic congestion has been improved.

We moved to this area because we were tires of the sometimes hour-long commute back to East Raleigh. The taxes are higher here, but the time savings were enough to make up for the extra cost. If the roads get any more crowded, the attractive commute to work will diminish, leaving little reason to pay the higher taxes to live here rather than in Wake county.

I will not be able to attend but I do oppose this development. It is way to crowded already. I moved here because of who this area was county but yet close to shopping. Love this neighborhood don't bring it down.

No development until roads are upgraded to accommodate the EXISTING traffic plus the anticipated increase in traffic!!

Infrastructure improvements first!

This area is congested already and making this side of town much less desirable. My 19 minute commute to work beciomes 45 during rush hpur. Any longer and we are moving elsewhere.

Until the traffic congestion has been addressed, I don't believe this area can afford any additional homes.

Very opposed to this development. The roads are not able to handle the traffic as it is. Terribly congested, making it unsafe for the residents, especially the children walking in the area.

It takes me over half an hour to get to Hwy 70 during rush hour and that's just 1-2 miles of driving. I can walk much faster than that! No more homes unless the roads can support further growth.

Roads are horrible Schools are horrible Safety would become more of a concern MORE wild life would be at risk
