Please before you give any authorization to add anymore houses take care of your roads first
It's ashamed to still drive on these narrow one lane street like we are worst then the third world.
No more house around this area until you find the solution for these saturated narrow streets!!!!!!!!??????!!!!

There is no way that this should be constructed without the proper roadways developed first. You builders think only of the money you will make and not of all of us who have to live with the aftermath of your greedy decisions.

My mom lives in this area and every time I visit traffic is unreal! Try putting in some new roads and easing the traffic burden before developing the area!

We're already overcrowded, please don't allow any more housing developments to be built in this area.

How about investing money in the roads and utilities in the area and not add more developments to an area that is already so congested it takes a half hour to go 3 miles! How can the Durham County Planning and Development office allow this?

The amount of development in this neighborhood is getting absurd. It seems like quick profit is in the driver's seat while thoughtful growth has been tied up, gagged, and thrown in the trunk. My wife and I are considering moving.

Traffic is terrible no matter what time you leave in the morning. It's just a bad in the evenings coming home.

Morning traffic is already bad enough with just a two lane road. Additional housing would make commuting nearly impossible in this area!!

I am opposed to additional building when the only way to get in and out are 2-lane roads.

I oppose the development for more residential housing. Traffic is already bad enough and will only become worse. There are enough housing in this area. Development of the area has already decrease the peace and enjoyment of living in this area.

I am opposed to further building on Mineral Springs and Holder rd. There is more than enough housing here already.

The traffic on both Mineral Springs Road and Pleasant Drive are already way overloaded with single lanes in both directions. Without adding another lane on each side of those roads, the infrastructure cannot support any new development.

No additional developments/subdivisions unless safe, necessary infrastructure are put in place

The morning commute is already devastating just to travel 3 miles up Mineral Springs and to 70 to drop my kids to school. Unless something is done to improve the roads (widening) first, I'm opposed to the new development. Traffic is an absolute nightmare.

The traffic is pretty bad on mineral springs / sherron road already. The road needs to be widened before more communities are added.

Traffic is terrible. It can take 30 minutes to traverse 2 miles. There are no easily accessible stores or restaurants in this area, why should we pack more homes out here without having better roads and shopping first?

This development will only make traffic worse in the area, right now you have to leave your house before 0700hrs to avoid backups, many people can not do this,no to more houses in this area
