Opposed! This development is estimated to add another 100-150 cars into an already congested area. Like the previous comments, focus on fixing the roads first.

Traffic congestion, no sidewalks, no streetlights, no real plan for sewer systems.

I'm opposed; the traffic is a huge concern. We moved to this area for the beauty. With all these developments we are loosing the beauty of the area.

The roads in this area are extremely crowded at almost any time of the day. I don’t see how this came about in the first place.

I am opposed to this development because it will add to the current traffic problems on Mineral Springs and Sherron Road during the morning and evening rush hours

Current traffic is already a big issue. We don't have enough lanes or proper signaling in many areas. Before even thinking about a new development this issues need to be addressed and resolved.

Opposed if plan for traffic is not addressed

Agree with the others comments concerning the level of traffic. Do not support any further residential development without first addressing and the increased demand this will have on existing roadways.

I oppose this because we need to widen the roads before we even think about putting another subdivision. It takes 15+ minutes to go 3 miles to even get to 70 to then make my way to work. It's a nightmare and we don't need to add fuel to the fire.

There are not enough roads for this type of development. Traffic will be terrible and cause more accidents.
