Yule is a holiday, a season... we have the right to use it without restrictions, it is a religious event

This is ridiculous. No holiday "word" should be trademarked. Next thing you know, someone will trademark Jesus Christ. This is awfully ridiculous.

The word Yule has been around for hundreds if not thousands of years. It is widely applied to scents. Such a trademark is a. offensive for religious reasons and b. could have a tremendous negative impact to a very large number of small businesses.

Please do not allow a trademark of a general religious holiday that belongs to all of us. Yule should not be allowedb yup be trademarked.

Yule has been a word to describe the wintertime holidays for centuries. They absolutely cannot do this.

If this woman is who I think she is I will be boycotting her business . No one own the right to a holiday/ Sabbat name. I hope this person considers the amount of karma they'd be bringing upon themselves & their family . No one owns the " patent" on any holiday/Sabbat/ religious names. Period.

this disrespect of global contemporary Pagan and Wicca beliefs and is an utter disgrace and dessocration of our spiritual beliefs and plaigerism on a scale unimaginable and totally morally bankrupt, it is like stealing Uluru from the Australian Indigenous peoples!!

Yule is a sacred term that pagans have used long before the birth of Christianity.
