The word Yule has been around for hundreds if not thousands of years. It is widely applied to scents. Such a trademark is a. offensive for religious reasons and b. could have a tremendous negative impact to a very large number of small businesses.

No one own the right to a holiday/ Sabbat name.
I hope this person considers the amount of karma they'd be bringing upon themselves & their family .
No one owns the " patent" on any holiday/Sabbat/ religious names. Period.
