Yule is a word used in many traditional religions for the winter solstice holiday. Why don't you trademark "Christmas" instead? It makes just as much sense.

This is my legal name, it is an old English name that has been in my husband's family for hundreds of years. No-one can own this name commercially, it has also been known historically as a Festive holiday and would be a violation of the freedom to practice a particular religion. Stop this type of greed, it is madness!
