Yule is the name of a religious festival, trademarking it for some damn perfume is asinine. Is Christmas trademarked? Hanukkah? Ramadan? No? Then maybe Yule shouldn't be, either.

This is outright offensive, and wrong. No religion and/or religious belief should have to endure such mockery, and disrespect.

Trademarking words associated with any religion is offensive no matter what religion they belong to. Yule is associated with the midwinter sabbat of many pagan religions as the name of not just a single day but of a season. Many companies use this word to name products at this time and it should remain so. Just as many companies use Christmas and Easter to describe products they sell in association with those holy days. We wouldn't think of allowing a trademark of those words, why is it then ok to trademark words that represent the holy days if any other religion? Please deny this trademark.

Branding Yule is the same as branding Christmas, Hannakah or any other holiday.

This is like attempting to put a trademark on Christmas or Easter. Yule is a widely celebrated Pagan Sabbat and should NOT be allowed to be used as a trademark. Just as nobody owns Christmas, nobody should own Yule.

Yule is a popular holiday among various pagan paths. Norse Pagans and a variety of witchcraft paths celebrate Yule. Trademarking Yule is like Trademarking Christmas or Easyer.
