It is selfish and cruel to trademark a holiday name, Yule. What is next, Easter, Halloween? Yule is used by thousands of companies . The name Yule has been around for hundreds of years. To trademark Yule is ridiculous.

Please deny this application, as it's just ridiculous.

"Yule" is not unique to a product. And it shouldn't be.

She has no right to own this word.

It would be like trademarking the term Christmas. Just because Yule is not a religious holiday celebrated by most of the mainstream public doesn't mean its not just as sacred and should be kept open to the public.

Yule is a holiday, not a trademark.

Yule is a common word, the name of a Sabbat. It should not be copyrighted.

Yule is my traditions winter holiday, and should never be trademarked to prevent use in any means. If all the natural scents as per our holidays were to be trademarked we couldn't use the scents on/in anything to do with that holiday. NO TO TRADEMARK...

while I understand the motivations in pursuing this trademark, the perfume category is too broad. Yule is a word as well as a holiday, & neither should be the exclusive property of any one person.

Tradmarking the word Yule is preposterous! Yule is a religious holiday. Would Christmas, or Easter ever be allowed to be trademarked? I doubt It!

This is outrageous ! Yule the word also is used by religions & all over the world. It's ridiculous. This is from our ancient teachings & ancestors. I say merry Yule. Every year for 40some years!!!

Trade Marking a holiday is absurd! Just try and Trade Mark Christmas.....Any court that allows this is not worth the people elected or appointed to that position. You are embarking on Religious Freedoms...and that is UNCONSTITUTIONAL.....you have heard of Religious Freedom...right? If not, I suggest you do so.

This is not acceptable! How would people feel about the word "Christmas" being trademarked. It is a Pagan Holiday not a word to be trademarked.
