Yule is a sacred holiday and the word has been in common usage for ages. It is public domain.

Yule is recognized around the world as a holiday, and not something that can be trademarked.

The word Yule is the name of a season-tide surrounding Winter Solstice. It is the name of a holiday on the pagan calendar. The same pronunciation is for the word Júl which is a Heathen holiday. Please do not issue copywrite for this term. It is universally owned. (Ahem) "Yule-tide carols being sung by a choir..." It would make as much sense to issue private copyright on the word Christmas or New Year's Eve because someone decided to call their scent or product those names.

Yule is a religious holiday. no one should be able to trade market it. That would be like trademarking the word Christmas.

"Yule:Middle English yol, from Old English geōl; akin to Old Norse jōl, a pagan midwinter festival. "This is not a word to be owned by any one person or group. Please stop trying to "own" everything

I'm against trademarking the word Yule. It's a holiday and many people sell many didn't items during this time. It is not unique to this company nor an original idea.

It is foolish to try and trademark a word that has been used for a season since the Middle Ages!

I'm tired of people taking our traditions, beliefs and especially our holidays and using them like they own them! No more!

This should not be able to be copyrighted. It's like copyrighting the word Christmas!! Greed at its worst.

How exactly do you trademark a word that you didn't invent? The word "Yule" has been used for centuries and is not the property of any one entity. So how can one entity take possession and use it only in the way they feel it should be used!?

Yule is a scared sabbat. How cruel to assume ownership of a historical rite. I will not be supporting this company in the future.
