Yule is a Sabbath that I celebrate as part of my religious beliefs. To limit the word to a line of products, scented or otherwise, would infringe on my religious practices. The word it's self has been in use for hundreds of years as a specific time of celebration. Allowing a company the word Yule as a Trademark would be like allowing a company to Trademark the word Christmas. Either is not something that should be done.
