This is beyond arrogant. Yule is a religious day. Also this would affect my hand made incense range, which has many Yule fragrances. I've been trading over 20 years using "yule" to represent my winter range and never heard of this stupid perfume before now, so they can shove right off!

One should not be able to trademark a Holiday name.

It's pretty offensive to try and trademark one of the oldest holidays. I'm sick and tired of the appropriation of the names, rituals, etc of my ancestors!

This negatively impact so many business owners and has the potential to mutate into a far greater Arena. We must not allow this to go through

Yule is an ancient religious holiday. The word Christmas would not be allowed to be trademarked, and Yule is another version of the winter holiday.

You can't trademark a religious holiday, how ridiculous. Yule is older than Christmas and thousands celebrate it each year.
