Oppose Yule trademark application (consumers)

Yule is a holiday for an entire religious sect.

as a business owner myself, I am totally offended that some rich manic wants to trademark a word yule... ffs make up your own word by changing nouns into verbs. hey!!! I've got millions in my bank lets trademark the word *word catch yourself on.

This shows complete and utter greed of a seller.

Don't allow someone to trademark what is a part of our spirituality. Are they going to trademark Christmas too?

Why trademark a cultural element? For example, no one wants to trademark Chinese New Year.

You shouldnt trademark a holiday, or event for personal business.

Yule is a sacred celebration to many. Trademarking the name would be tantamount to trademarking Christmas or Easter. Trademarking a religious holiday is not appropriate.

As a practicing Pagan I find the very idea of this absurd! We have been celebrating Yule since the pre-Christian era! To us that would be like putting a trademark on the word Christmas or Winter Solstice! What kind of idiocy is this?!

This is no different than trying to trademark the word Christmas or Gingerbread. It is inappropriate to approve this trademark and harmful to many.
