This should not be allowed! Too common ly used on all kinds of products, books, and a vast range of holiday traditional party favors and cards. Whomever is attempting to do this is just trying to cash in on fileing houndreds of thousands of court cases to control a single word that is so widely used, for an easy money making trick. There just hoping we don't catch it.......

The word "Yule" should never be trademarked. That would be like trademarking the word "Christmas" or "Easter." Those words should remain in the common domain.

Yule is a Holiday, not a trademark-able item. How would you feel if someone tried to trademark Christmas?

I'm a witch, specifically an electric witch and I am opposed at this. you all already have so many other options this is wrong to take this beautiful and sacred holiday and word from us. we deserve to be recognized with the same equality as other religious practices and spiritual beliefs.

Yule is a holiday and the name has been around for centuries. It is ridiculous to think someone can place a trademark a holiday.

Yule is a pagan holiday. Trademarking the word would be like trademarking the word Christmas. It would harm countless businesses.
