Trademarking Yule is like trademarking thanksgiving, Lent, or christmas. This is a SACRED holiday and a word that has been in use by ancient traditions for thousands of years. To even insinuate that one person OWNS that word is both ridiculous and offensive.

Yule is a sacred holiday, not a marketing term.

This seems like a large overstep.

As a pagan who celebrates Yule trademarking a sacred holy day name is offensive.

I find it hard to believe this would be allowed to be trademarked, but just in case- this is ridiculous. One greedy fake snake oil saleswoman want to trademark a 5,000 year old pagan word and European holiday? Put her in her place. Say no.

Yule is a generic, common term that has been used since the beginning of time. Will they trademark "Christmas" next? How about trademarking "bull crap" too?

This is a pagan holiday. Loved and celebrated by millions. Trademarking this is an insult to all of them

As a practicing pagan and friend to many creaters I find someone wanting to trademark Yule as repulsive as the people who trademarked Fore Cider. Don't let this happen to us again!

Something as sacred as Yule yet someone in this business trying to capitalize on it....shameful! Boycotting for sure!
