This is not a name that is unique or made up by the person trying to claim the word Yule. Yule is a traditional word. The word Yule is already being used commonly by many.

Yule is not just one person's holiday. It's just that, "our holiday" This is unacceptable! Athena is a vile person. She does everything wrong! Put her not only out of business but in jail where liars belong. She purposely mixes oils to harm. Uses unsafe and unnatural products.

I find this behavior appalling. You cannot market a word. Just your brand of a word. Suggested would be Yule Magic, Yule Lights, etc but to market a few centuries old word strictly for one person's use is not only unethical it borders on insanity. She's glorifying her brand of fakeness. As a business woman myself I would never even consider such a thing.

This is like trying to trademark "Christmas." How inconsiderate, rude, and vile.

Yule is a sacred holiday and not to be profited upon by companies or corporations. The mere thought is disgusting.

Yule is a sacred holiday of celebration, not a word for someone to own. Thats like wanting to trademark Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa , or St. Patrick's day ...just ridiculous. Yule is a seasonal celebration, the returning of the light, a family tradition, and a seasonal change. Everyone has the right to use this word. Educate yourself.

Ridiculous application! This would affect people from everywhere, not only people using it professionally but families too. Amateurs, professional people. It's a travesty that one person thinks they should be entitled to this word.

This is bull pucky. The word Yule is a reference to a season/ holiday and to restrict it to a product is insane. It would be like trademarking Easter or Christmas. You can't trademark a holiday.

The word "Yule" is ancient and common language. There should not even be the need for a petition because this application SHOULD have been shut down immediately! Approval of this trademark application could open the floodgates for every religion to be abused by individuals with money applying to trademark EVERY religious holiday name and related words. The "no common language" rule exists to stop this and it needs to be applied with absolute firmness and condemnation for this attempt at claiming exclusive rights to a common language word.
It is a religious holiday, therefore cannot be copyrighted.
