Yule is older then any trademark and belongs to the people who want to celebrate it

Yule is a sacred and beloved holiday for people all over the world, not a marketing ploy. If the word were to become trademarked it would take away from so many.

You can't trademark the name of our holiday. You'd be going against our religious rights.

If you would not give exclusive rights to the words "Christmas" or "Hannukah", you should not allow anyone to trademark "Yule". It belongs to my religion, my community, my family and friends, and to all of those who have celebrated through the generations.

Yule is not something to be singularly capitalized on but rather celebrated as the Sabbat it is

I don't agree with this at all. You shouldn't be able to trademark a holiday name. This shows great greed on the part of the seller to apply for this.

Yule is a pagan religious holiday NOT a commercialised product! Just because some ranges come out at Christmas dosent mean that the word Christmas is trademarked! So why do it to Yule?

It should be too ridiculous to even consider. Here we are signing a petition to protect a sacred holiday from being profited from. Any Pagan would not even consider doing this.

As a pagan business person I use the word Yule with my potpourri and other scented items. I believe someone shouldn't be allowed to trademark a thousands of years old term.

Yule cannot be trademarked. I'm astounded someone is attempting to do this. It'd be like someone trying to trademark Easter.
