This term is also a religious term and should never be allowed to be copyrighted.

To copyright or trademark the word "Yule" is like doing so to Christmas or Easter or Birthday or Spring or Winter. "Yule" should not be copyrighted by any single individual or company.

The term Yule is one which predates even Christianity and broadly can be used to describe a Spiritual occasion, time of year for many of us. How could that term belong to anyone?

You can't trade mark a word used long before you used it in your company

Yule is a traditional holiday older than Christmas. NO HOLIDAY NAME SHOULD EVER BE TRADEMARKED, REGISTERED, OR RESTRICTED FROM USE.

Ridiculous! Yule is my winter solstice holiday also practiced by my ancestors! I am Pagan & insulted that someone would try to do this.

This is a holiday and cannot be trademarked

It is unbelievable to me that this could even be considered. Yule is one of the oldest winter celebrations in the world. Not a term that can be trademarked. This is completely unacceptable.

You can't trademark a holiday! It's for all to enjoy and not for one person to use for greedy purposes.

There is not a single solitary reason there should be a trademark on a word that is older than most people on this planet!!!

Yule belongs to the people that celebrate it. It is not for private ownership.
