This is not the corrrect location to put such a home for children with troubled backgrounds. This area of Nuthall is a quiet calm residential area, which has to be kept like this.

I feel it's not a suitable area as there are a lot of elderly people who would feel intimated by groups of children with no parental control.

why place children in an area where there is nothing for them to do! G4S will not care about any complaints from residents, noise disruption etc.
Totally unsuitable site for the proposed change. alck of outdoor space.Parking would be a new nightmare. Local residents would be vulnerable. Number of occupants would probably be increased without warning.

Totally unsuitable as the people of Nuthall will suffer whilst the private sector running this home will profit! Our community is not equipped with facilities and our homes and families will be at risk!

I am very concerned about this proposal. The Horsendale estate is not the place to set up a home for youngsters. The estate has no provision for teenagers and this could result in the residents of the home getting involved in antisocial behaviour. The children's home needs to be set up in an area that is more suited to these children's complex needs. In addition to this, is there not a covenant on the estate that prevents the running of a private business?

The number one priority for this care home run by G4S will be to make a profit, which will mean housing the most challenging and damaged children with minimal support. G4S have a shocking track record who will be seeking to maximise profit by housing offenders. This is not the right area for such a place.
