This is a totally inappropriate area to house these young people. The residents are mostly retired, and the area is very quiet. There is very little to occupy young people in the vicinity, so there is the potential for boredom and associated unrest.

This must be stopped straight away. Ythis is a quiet residential area with many elderly residents who already have to cope with investing traffic and other problems in the area.

Totally the wrong area for this sort of home, nuthall is a quiet residential area with a lot of elderly people and young children attending the local school. The heightened risk of trouble, break ins, thefts is NOT wanted here.

Numerous concerns. A village location is totally inappropriate and the residents pay Council Tax at a premium to Broxtowe Borough as well as Nuthall Parish Council. Will this set a presidence for houses to be change from dwellings to business use?.Parking is inadequate outside the property and there are no local amenities for the children.
