Oppose The Preserve at Sheridan in Franklin TN - 2247 S Berrys Chapel Rd

Developers, politicians, kick backs and games. Guess its too much to ask for responsible growth. Strongly oppose this!

This proposed development is not in line with he character of the surrounding areas. RD5 is the standard of the area.

I urge our city and county officials to hear the voices of the residents and taxpayers. It's past time to commit to preserving the charm and rural feel still remaining in Williamson County. It is rapidly disappearing.

Please keep the current requirements for land usage and requirements of 5 acre lots with houses at least 250 feet from the road.

That is the most beautiful thing to drive through and if you put in a big subdivision, it will be constant traffic, and a beautiful area. It doesn’t need to be there save some of God’s land.

I oppose the development as currently structured

No! to the Preserve at Sheridan as proposed. We need to keep 1 home - 5 acres and 250 ft. setbacks to preserve this area.

I’ve lived in Franklin my entire life- and these developments are destroying our community.

Every measure needs to be taken to ensure this development does not happen! Keep fighting the good fight!

Care about the citizens...not the developers!!

I've lived in this area for 33+ years, and to put such a development on that stretch of narrow and winding S Berrys Chapel Rd without significant road improvements is irresponsible. I urge rejection of the plan as currently proposed.

I’m not opposed to progress and development. However, when this developer started clearing the land last year for this development they were burning fresh cut timber. The smoke made it impossible for us and our neighbors to be outside and the ash was falling on top of my house. We had to call the fire department twice. The property owner said he was building 7 homes for his family. I’m okay with that too, I am 100% against a future road that connects the Preserve at Echo Estates to Berrys Chapel. That will be a disaster. I think that everyone driving this petition can find a place to compromise. The city needs to put a light in at Berry’s chapel. The developers need to listen and react in a thoughtful way to the community around them.

As an owner of a large property in the area, creating 1-acre parcels would devalue the properties in the area.

Fully support rejection of this to preserve the beauty of the area and environment
