We don’t need anymore McMansions. The children we raised in Franklin can’t even afford to live here after college!

It feels rushed so as to slip it in before anything can be done. The decision making process needs to be investigated. The County has an opposing view to the project but since annexation, the city says its fine. We should strive to strike a balance between maximizing population density and not improving the property at all. The traffic study needs to be revisited. Its too congested now in that area. Why would they want to develop an area that the new residents will not like either. There's a responsible balance to strike here. Too much profit is driving this and other projects in the area. I think if this starts getting investigated to see how and why these decisions were made, a compromise could be reached.
It is just a start to taking away what makes Franklin special.

I am opposed to development which would take away from the character of this existing community. If there are strong considerations and intentional well thought out plans of how this development is completed we would consider support.
However, without careful planning and historical considerations this is unacceptable.
