Oppose The Preserve at Sheridan in Franklin TN - 2247 S Berrys Chapel Rd

Irresponsible planning at best. We don't work for the mayor or aldermen. They work for us. Listen to the community and develop responsibly. This is a clown show.

Stop this sprawl! You are destroying our lovely Franklin area.

This area is like a nature preserve. There is already plenty of new developments that manage to sell at 5 acres such as the newest on Old Hillsboro. If smaller lots are desired see Hwy 96. There are many new builds to choose from.

This will simply add more traffic on a 2 lane road.

I grew up at the base of S Berrys Chapel and boarded a horse on the property adjacent to this development for 2 decades. The outlets from S Berrys onto Lynwood Way and Franklin Road are already traffic nightmares and cannot accommodate additional residential traffic.

Please do not approve this. Regardless of studies and what professionals say, it would destroy animal habitat and not fit in with the rural/green space appeal of the area. The traffic at S. Berry and Franklin is already a danger zone. So much traffic on Franklin road and people impatient to get out of S. Berry cause issues daily. Please for once don't let this be about money. Do the right thing and reject this proposal.

I strongly object to the proposed development of 16 luxury homes its 2247 S. Berrys Chapel Road. I ask the the proposal be amended to be compatible with the existing area.

We have had enough growth in Williamson county. They are making it harder for people that have lived here all their life and it feels like they are pushing us out.

Come on BOMA and Mayor- Stop letting developers ruin our county. You are quick to approve housing without upgrading our roads to handle the traffic. The residents are tired of it. When will it end?

The sprawl is out of control in Williamson County. The lack of concern by the planners is unacceptable.

It is heartbreaking to watch the destruction of the environment and quality of life by allowing the runaway development of Williamson County.

Do not allow as proposed. Acceptable alternatives have been suggested.

This development is NOT in line with our current county regulations. Further, why do we need an sports complex in this location when Grassland is a half mile away? As a resident of this specific area, I vehemently oppose this development.

It will be a major safety and congestion issue if the development is approved.

Please keep Franklin special. Stop the greed-centered growth. Quality or quantity. This city is and will continue to lose it's charm and appeal should over development continue. Roads are already getting crowded.
