Oppose The Preserve at Sheridan in Franklin TN - 2247 S Berrys Chapel Rd

One of my greatest concerns is the adding burden additional development will cause to the already present flooding issues.

I’m a native of Franklin, TN and I am sick of the urban sprawl and bulldozing our farms and fences in the name of progress

Please help preserve Franklin and this great ‘country’ neighborhood.

Mostly oppose for traffic reasons.

This would be awful to develop this land as proposed

Will detract from everything that is appealing about living here, for no reason. I do not support. That road is not appropriate for additional traffic.

What a horrible plan to ruin a beautiful rural piece of land on an already treacherous stretch of road. I do not support

We are against and live adjacent to it. We oppose opening up our culdesac to through office in to it.

I oppose the annexation and development of The Preserve at Sheridan. The added traffic not to mention the stop signs would be dangerous but changing the landscape would destroy what makes Williamson county special. When will y’all stop changing the rules?

Don’t ruin a great neighborhood.

Please leave this area alone!

We have lived in Williamson County for 40 years and hope that some integrity can be restored in the way local politicians have rezoned and rezoned land to benefit the developers and not the residents. The rezoning of land to overpopulate the county is to no ones benefit in the long run.

Spoke at city meeting against this and agree this is not keeping with road.

This is too dense a development of homes for this rural area! A "Sports Complex" seems totally wrong. This annexation should NOT happen. This is already a dangerous road to travel.
