We have Lived in the cottonwood neighborhood since 1989 and enough is enough with building on this property- its already lost ao Much of its beauty for The sake of development

Please please please stop major development on S Berrys Chapel Rd. I am against it due to congested traffic already, and that would make matters worse. Plus, we pray we can keep some of our countryside in this area, by not filling grassland with numerous houses and other construction debris!

Stop ruining TN. Add roads and schools before approving new developments.

I’m opposed to annexation of this property. I’m in favor of allowing development in line with county guidelines.

Please stop ruining our beautiful landscape with gigantic homes.

PLEASE LEAVE our beautiful community, our beloved NEIGHBORS, our Majestic TREES and our precious ANIMALS, THE HECK ALONE! Also, let's start CLEANING UP ALL THE TRASH the other builders/ developers and their other sprawl projects have LEFT BEHIND! DISGRACEFUL!!!!!!!!! These projects have left our street like a trash heap and not to mention all the alcohol bottles the contractors and their subs leave behind. WTH!!!!!!

A first note, how does all this” Progress” Help any of us natives?! Our taxes have increased. Our roads are busier. There’s more crime and general unpleasantness, Our slow , kind natures lifestyle has been given away to anybody who wants a piece.. why? It is quite clear that the people developing these properties Do not have an end goal , nor do they have to live in what they are creating here. There is no regard for what it will finally look like when everyone who’s gotten a piece of this beautiful, precious area, and are finished taking their cuts. We should have preservation in mind for this area, and just because you WANT to live here doesn’t mean You can. . Are there any lines that builders won’t cross? Sidenote, for anybody who’s even bothering to read these things… my own children who were born and raised here are moving away because they can’t afford to live here… After we got done, invited me entire world come and do business here and how did that benefit me by the way? :(

Enforce the 5 acre minimum put in place in Williamson County

Development should be subject to the 5 acre per residence limitation enforced on other landowners in Williamson County.

franklin is quickly losing the charm that made it so unique, in favor for mass produced and commercialized developments. stop the sprawl and protect what once made franklin so amazing
