I totally disagree with this development proposal for all the reasons stated in this petition. This annexation and resultant development totally contradicts the goals of Envision Franklin.

Zero community input is unacceptable from elected officials, reeks of backroom deals and displays no concern for transparency in government or constituent thoughts. People purchase in a region for a reason, to change it without regard for their perspective is a failure of representation. Do better Franklin.

Please vote “NO” on this development. It will only disrupt the beauty, charm, and natural habitat of the wildlife we all love, not to mention create major safety and congestion issues. One man, ONE!, is doing his best to circumvent the five-acre rule applied to all other nearby properties just so he can make more money. The “family compound” we were originally told about has turned into a subdivision with one-acre lots. Families have lived here for generations because of their love of the rural setting. This development will ruin the very thing that makes it so special.

This is not progress for the Franklin community. It would step towards turning Franklin into Brentwood and then Antioch.

My family has been in Williamson County for three generations in I certainly hope that we can maintain at least a small amount of the rural atmosphere that once was all of Franklin

Please do not vote for this project to proceed as it currently is designed. We embrace our rural area, wildlife and peace. The area roads are not compatible with this type of development and we do not encourage the changes.
