Enough is enough in the City of Franklin and the County on urban growth. This is not good for this area.

Too much growth!

Please be responsible and not wreck-less with growth.

Keep rural setting. Been in Williamson County for 40 years and natural beauty is being destroyed

Please stop building. I grew up in Franklin and all these people that are moving here because they think it is cheap living are making it hard for us to stay here. The wild life is beautiful and needs to be left alone.

My family has owned property on South Berrys Chapel Road for over fifty years. This proposed development is directly across the street. That notwithstanding, this proposal would do nothing but diminish what the Williamson Herald calls "America's Greatest County." As a full-time resident, I agree with the Williamson Herald. The beautiful rural setting of South Berrys Chapel Road is what bolsters our county's distinction. With two-lane road winding over rolling hills, through deep valleys, and amidst the abundant presence of wildlife—often crossing the road right in front of you—there's a reason that every Saturday or Sunday afternoon, bicyclists, convertibles, and Sunday drivers enjoy a leisurely trek along this charming passageway. There's not one reason to change the rules for one guy and destroy the essence of this county's gem, so this one guy—let me say that again: one guy—can make a little more money.

I am very opposed to the rezoning of this parcel of land as it would destroy the integrity of the beautiful country neighborhoods nearby not to mention the farms and other homes nearby where we chose to live in this beautiful country setting. S. Berry’s Chapel Rd wouldn’t be able to handle all the additional traffic, and it would be an absolute nightmare to have this built hear as none of it fits with the existing setting that we respect and love for all the natural beauty of the area.

Please disallow this from occurring. Trying to get a County parcel included into City zoning laws is inappropriate. This is considered County land. Do not change the rules so a developer can make more money and not pay for the costly infrastructure necessary to make the surrounding area safe and passable.

They can’t get away with this.

We do not want this development. Do not take away some of the last great greenery in this area. Additionally, the traffic and dangers this will cause far out way any possible benefit. Leave this land alone!

This is a travesty if allowed to proceed as planned.

I oppose the proposed development as it currently is presented. There is not sufficient consideration for the existing surrounding neighborhood, the Historical preservation, or the wildlife and their environmental needs.
