I oppose the The preserve at Sheridan 16 luxury homes

Please save our land and historic properties from developments.

As city council members, you are representing the people of Franklin and the people of Franklin do not want this or believe it is in the best interest of land use affecting so much wildlife.

This is not the type of responsible growth we are looking for within the Franklin community. We understand growth is inevitable, but please ensure it is done by preserving the beauty & charm of the area and aligns with the future "Envision" plan that the Franklin leadership actually put forth.

I moved to Franklin last fall looking for the small town feel. I've met 20 locals whove been pushed out of the town(s) that generations of their family had grown up in. Franklin no longer is a small town. Be responsible with its development and 100% prevent "lot-line developers from turning every hillside into a sub division. I'm from Detroit and I watched my childhood home turn from horse farms to developments. My childhood no longer has the charm it once did. Don't continue to allow overdevelopment ruin what charm franklin is hanging onto by the tip of its fingernails.

Stop the unchecked development that has ruined many lovely areas that make our county special!

Please stop the over development of our county. It will lose what makes it special.

Please, leave this unique rural countryside alone!

Save our space please!!! Please don’t cave to money and lower standards as a result!!

Please stop destroying everything we love about Tennessee. Greed is not a good quality.

Stop over developing our beautiful open land!

Please follow envision Franklin document.

This is just like the movers and shakers in the county. They try to sneak thru deals with developers so we don't find out until it's too late. Time to vote them out.

We NEED wildlife and wide open natural spaces in our lives, for us, and for our future. STOP the GREED!

Please insist this development honors the Envision Franklin document.

If for no other reason there are laws in place to protect some of the wildlife you mentioned. They are trying to do this in Davidson as well.

Enough growth. We need to preserve these spaces based on the original intent.

Why does Franklin want to fill in every last spot of green with something manmade - usually horrible looking. It already happened in my neighborhood, residents' protests notwithstanding.

Please do not destroy this land. It is the view that enticed me to move to Franklin.
