Stopping this insane growth and destruction of green spaces, trees that provide oxygen, rather than buildings and businesses that provide more air pollution should be a top priority to this beautiful community that is slowly being destroyed by “progress” and greed.

I am opposed to this development! It doesn't follow the Envision Franklin guidelines. Annexing and zoning changes should not be happening.

You can not turn right or left on to Franklin Rd from S Berry Chapel during busy hours. This would back up S. Berry Chapel for for unacceptable wait times during high traffic times.

Not only is this development going to disturb the ecosystem in the area the traffic on a rural road with little or no shoulders is going to be a hazard to those using S.Berry's Chapel Rd. We need to preserve the rural atmosphere by having the 5 acre lots .

Please serve the interests of citizens in this area rather than developers who make their profit then leave with no care for the quality of life, rural beauty, and unique ecosystems of Tennessee. Stop the high density construction in our county and removal of tree canopies. Also, please address infrastructure needs first, not after the fact.
