Keep Williamson County green!

The entire area of Franklin will be affected by the tree loss and will have even more strain on already strained infrastructure. Please reconsider this expansion.

Please stop diminishing all of the beautiful rural countryside in Franklin. And please pay attention to homeowners who are trying to tell you that all of this development is changing the topography and causing flooding and standing water in our yards and neighborhoods. We live on Del Rio near Mack Hatcher and you are ruining what was once a pastoral and peaceful segment of Franklin. Please stop and consider if we truly need all of this development. We certainly benefit from loads of tourism money and everyone does not need to live here if it means changing the aesthetic of our “quaint small town”.

I support the preservation of land as it now exists.

Please preserve this historic landscape for future generations. Once it’s gone, it’s gone.

Please do not minimize the acreage requirement from 5 to 1. This area should remain the beautiful landscape that it is. Wildlife being considered should matter, traffic increase should matter and not be welcomed.

You've already completely destroyed our community near Town. Instead of green hills and fields and trees, it looks like an inner-city sprawl of ugly high-rises now. It's time to STOP THIS ALREADY!!!

I travel S Berry’s Chapel frequently. In my layman’s view the increased traffic for this development and sports complex would create a dangerous situation. Turning from S Berry’s Chapel on to Franklin Rd is already hazardous and nearly impossible at rush times. This would make it even worse! Who will the sport complex be serving. Is this something open to the public?

Please stop destroying this beautiful area. The new housing construction has become Overwhelming and once the uniqueness of the areas is gone, you can never get it back.

East of 1-65 residents do NOT agree with this plan proposed by the City of Franklin. Please listen to the residents.

I moved here from California 4 years ago to escape traffic, congestion and bad politics, in search of peace, pastoral beauty and country living. This kind of development squashes the dream that kept the locals here…and the dream meant of us from our if state came here for. Please don’t ruin the Tennessee I left everything for, to make it my home.

Nashville and surroundings are a draw for exactly the rural and large tracts of green spaces. Development is skyrocketing everywhere. Please slow it down

Please, Mr Mayor, listen to your constituents. This development is unacceptable as proposed. The sports complex is concerning at the least, but the entire rural aspect of S. Berry's Chapel is in danger of disappearing altogether. PLEASE DO NOT APPROVE AS PLANNED.

Country side needs to be preserved!

Our county has provided the residents wish to maintain the rural areas of our county in a less dense fashion than the city. Will every development seek to have city annexation for the sake of a dollar. Is the city of Franklin selling this idea for political favors?
