Bald eagle habitat should require State (TWRA) or Federal contact for consideration. Does the EPA require an impact study for wetlands and stream effects and protections under Clean Water Act? I wish your community the best in this fight!

Neighborhoods all over Nashville and the surrounding areas created documents that described the characteristics they most wanted to preserve as the cities grow. Developers keep trying to rezone and change codes that ignore what residents have clearly articulated. We are tired of having to fight these zoning battles! Franklin needs to ensure that the developers follow the neighborhood's clearly stated desires instead of giving in to developers who often don't even live in the affected areas.
