Oppose The Preserve at Sheridan in Franklin TN - 2247 S Berrys Chapel Rd

How can this happen? What is wrong with the city government in Franklin? The plan as it stands sound hideous.

Preserve the peace.

I live on N Berrys Chapel Rd and definitely oppose this proposed development in its current form.

More luxury homes - at the expense of a quiet rural area. Not needed. Would be more sympathetic if these were homes for regular folks!

Good Luck! The peace and beauty of your part of Williamson County is a treasure many of us want unblemished. It is more precious than more subdivisions. Please honor the sacrifices many have made that allows you to enjoy friendly neighborhoods.

Communities should never be taken by surprise on something like this, the leaders all need to be replaced if this is how their managing things.

Please don’t destroy this beautiful area! I live to drive through here and am considering purchasing there because of the beauty of the winding road and nature. This development will certainly change my mind.

I don’t live near there but out by Leipers Fork and I feel the same way that you do. Keep the historical look and feel of Franklin the way it is. I moved from CA to get away from crowded cities and towns.

I don’t live in Williamson County but WC doesn’t need more of what it already has

I am a long time Middle TN resident and have lived in both Williamson and Davison Counties. It has become too crowded here. All of this development is to benefit newcomers. What about those of us who live here and chose this area because it wasn't so crowded? I whole-heartedly support my fellow Middle Tennesseans who are tired of over-development. We used to worry that we'd become like Atlanta. We are already there. Enough is enough. Leave some green spaces.

The growth in this city has gotten out of control If you allow this you will affect the residents that live there and have enjoyed the large private lots where their homes are. Adding homes on 1 acre lots is going to destroy what people bought or built there for. Wild life will suffer greatly. You will destroy where these creatures have lived and raised their offspring not to mention their food sources will become greatly reduced. I please with you to not allow this

Enough already! City of Franklin planners: shame on you!
