I disagree with Ngatiwai Trust Boards Mandate. Much like Tuhoronuku you have ignored the hapu and Iwi voice for your own agendas. Ngatiwai deserve to have there claims heard.

Ngatiwai must be given the same opportunity to have there claims heard in the tribunal forum. It is a time to heal and acknowledge the wrong doings that have been done. By supporting this mandate you disregard the voice of its people.

Te Waiariki has the right to settle there own claims and not under the Ngatiwai Trust Board Deed of Mandate.

Everyone deserves to have a voice and be heard, and the Witangi Tribunal Hearings are an integral stage of the claims process. Therefore I oppose the Ngatiwai Trust Board Deed of Mandate. Te Orewai, Tau Henare Marae

I don't agree that the ngatiwai trust board should represent Ngatiwai. Nothing was administered in the past so why should we allow them to now. The board needs to have one representative from each marae and they should stand for 1 term only of 2 years. We can stand as a collective whanau groups. Why should we be settling down a pakeha process for Maori

I whakapapa to Te Waiariki through our Kerepeti line and totally disagree being included under the Ngatiwai Mandate.

As Te Waiariki we oppose being included in the Ngatiwai Deed of Mandate.

I am against this Mandate for the very simple reason that you have not included the people of Ngatiwai. The information that you have given out has been obscured and I also that the Trust Board have been working against a lot of our young people including my daughter who has been fighting for a voice in your hui.
