Questionable ownership of the motel across the street from proposed Marriott; apparently tied to the corporate Marriott also. Leads one to believe this project is not at all above board and should be disapproved by the Town of Falmouth AND the Cape Cod Commission. Not at all appropriate for this location.

This ridiculously large complex is in no way suitable for Main Street, Falmouth.

We need more small local businesses in Falmouth not big chains. Congestion and traffic is bad enough as it is. A large hotel would make it even worse.

Deeply opposed to the proposed location of this huge hotel. We need another hotel but absolutely not in this location.

The space deserves redevelopment (recall IceTea "from Highfield to the Harbor")...but this project is too dense and totally out of the Main St character.

Please reject this plan. It's too big and will only add to the difficult traffic situation on that part of Main Street. Also, insist that the developers share their full plans during the approval process.

If the CC Commission is in place to support the towns they serve, it should be overwhelmingly obvious that the citizens of Falmouth are opposed to this project for many reasons, and should deny the request. Otherwise, it would appear that the commission is in place to simply help big business push their way through Cape Cod. I urge you to oppose this plan.

Wrong place, wrong building. It is ugly and too big. Profit is written all over it, and that is not intrinsically bad, but it must be balanced with aesthetics and should not be detrimental to surrounding neighbors. Marriott should not be allowed to bully.

Cape Cod is for the wealthy. We don't need places that families can afford. The will bring their disease and poor people smell to our beautiful quaint town.
