This building, in this place, is completely inappropriate. Falmouth is working to maintain a small town look along Main Street . Perhaps in a location further from the center of town, & with a different type of architecture, this would be appropriate. It is definitely not so as & where proposed..

falmouth does not need this hotel. The design is ugly. It will lead to a traffic nightmare and falmouth to begin to look like Hyannis

Please oppose this excessive development. The health and safety of the citizens of this small town depend on your wisdom. Don't let us down!

This proposed project is entirely inappropriate for the reasons clearly stated in the petition. Not mentioned but obvious to anyone driving and doing errands on that part of Main St is that MORE traffic is unwanted, unwarranted, and unacceptable. We live here.

Please, no enormous Marriott on Main St! This is totally inappropriate for Falmouth and the goal of maintaining community character.

This project is not in keeping with Falmouth's Local Comprehensive Plan, nor with the purpose of the Cape Cod Commission of "Keep A Special Place, Special! We urge you to deny this project.

As a lifelong resident of Falmouth I implore you do not allow this project to happen. It will irreversibly damage the unique character and charm of Falmouth

This project is so obviously inappropriate, we citizens are shocked that it has not been rejected from the start!

Please listen to the residents that live around this proposed project and find a different spot to build this hideous thing. SAVE OUR NEIGHBORHOODS!!!! This is FALMOUTH not HYANNIS!

Main Street is already impassable on a typical summer day. I can't imagine how much more traffic this will introduce.

Not everything is worth the money. Don't destroy the very reason Falmouth has tourists to begin with: our quaint and beautiful character.

I am vehemently opposed to building THIS proposed hotel on that site. Too big! That section of rt 28/Main St is already congested with traffic. This building will offer nothing for town residents AND who is going to be booking rooms there in the dead of winter??This is not the right hotel for that spot! This project is all about making money. It does not consider the implications for the neighborhoods directly affected. This project does not extend the charm of the village center, rather it creates a more urban feel. The only interaction with the citizens of Falmouth will be when we cringe at it in the summer and while it sits empty off season. Please do not be persuaded to go down this slippery slope. Do not approve this project. It is not the right one for this site! Let's find one that fits!

Why not use the Falmouth Inn?

A new hotel in town would be great -- but not one this large.

The project is way too big for the location and is too imposing for the neighborhood. We should think of residents not just Town income at any expense! PLEASE Do not approve this application.
