What Falmouth has hopefully learned from the turbines too large for their location and poorly sited is that the size and location of this Marriott project WILL NOT benefit the village. For the Cape Cod Commission sub-committe to believe the benefits of this project outweigh the detriments, they have NOT been listening to what the people of Falmouth have been saying in the public hearings.

The building is too big for the lot, there is no parking in the official plan, Lantern Lane will be negatively impacted. This does no good for anyone in Falmouth. It must be stopped.

This is out of character for Falmouth, architecturally ugly, and placement shows total lack of consideration for some beautiful old neighborhoods. All this time, money and effort debating this for so long could have been spent on something much more beneficial to the town
